Female Orgasming Tips and Tricks: How to get the best orgasm ever!

Did you know that only 20% of women can have an orgasm from sexual intercourse alone? So what about the other 80% of women?

There are 3 types of orgasms you can have, and different combinations of those 3.

If there’s 3 types of orgasms, that has to better your odds, right?

Not really. It only works if you know how to stimulate the right areas. Once you know what you like and what works for you, you can then show your partner how you like it, to achieve better orgasms.

A lot of women wonder if they have ever even had an orgasm.

So what is an orgasm?

It is an intense feeling of physical pleasure from sexual stimulation. Just remember you do not have to have an orgasm in order to get pregnant…

Some of the things that happen to your body during an orgasm:

  • Breathing comes fast and heavy
  • Rapid pulse
  • Muscles Tense in body
  • Toes might curl up
  • The need to grip something tightly
  • Muscles in the genital area contract

During an orgasm the uterus and part of the vagina contract, a feeling that can often be felt by the man. The uterus will contract 2 to 15 times, less than a second apart, but can become slower.

Those muscles that contract during an orgasm are very important, and they can become weak over time or through childbirth. See the

Kegels section to learn how to strengthen your muscles and have better orgasms!

There has been a lot of hype throughout history for the orgasm and has created a lot of misconceptions. There was a belief that women shouldn’t reach orgasm from clitoral stimulation, only vaginally. That’s a lot of pressure for women and the information is wrong! So don’t listen to it, have your orgasm the way you want to!

For better orgasms make sure you have a lot of foreplay before sex. Start with kissing, massaging and petting, etc. Then move on to oral or fingering. This will help you get in the mood and it will be possible to orgasm during sex.

1: The Famous Clitoral Orgasm

The clitoral orgasm is a result of continuous stimulation to the clitoris. This is the most common for women to have, however having sex isn’t what usually gives them this orgasm. More often women will orgasm from direct stimulation from fingering or oral sex. Which can leave sex pretty disappointing if you haven’t had an orgasm at all.

Tips and Tricks for a Clitoral Orgasm

What can you do to have a more enjoyable orgasm…or just orgasm all together. Oral sex and fingering are an obvious one, however a lot of women like the intimacy of sex and would like to orgasm during that bonding moment.

There are toys, positions and tricks that you can employ that will help you achieve orgasm during sex.

Take a look at the best personal lubes or sexual enhancers, some of them tingle, they’re warm or cool, they even have products made specifically for the clitoris to enhance pleasure (don’t use those sparingly, get enough on or it won’t do any good).

Sex Positions for a Clitoral Orgasm

Best sex position for orgasmThe first thing is the position your having sex in.

Woman on top is the most popular for this as the guy can directly stimulate the clitoris while she is on top.

She is also in charge of the motion, depth and speed.

Another is doggy style, this works if the guy can reach around and stimulate the clitoris during intercourse.

You can also use small vibrators or stimulate yourself manually in this position.

Try sitting on his lap, you’re in control and you’ll receive more friction from how close he is to you. Try this on the couch, you can use the back of the couch as leverage. A chair works too but that’s not as comfy.

2: The Elusive G-Spot Orgasm

The G-Spot orgasm seems to be one of those unobtainable things. See the g-spot section for additional information about finding the g-spot.

The most direct way to stimulate the g-spot is through fingering…most guys tongues don’t reach that far in. You’re going to have to find the g-spot and experiment to see what you like.

Tips and Tricks for the G-Spot Orgasm

In order to have a g-spot orgasm during sex it is all about position and angle. Not every guy’s penis has an upward curve, actually most of them curve to one side, so focus on the angle of the penis, not the curve.

To make the most of your g-spot orgasms, start doing Kegel exercises. It will strengthen the vaginal muscles, giving you more control and tightness.

There are specific sex toys that are designed to work with the g-spot.

Some are dildos with little vibrators approximately where the g-spot is. Some dildos or vibrators are shaped differently, with an extra “hooked” area, or textured or protruding area.

Of course with sex toys you have to try them out to know if they’re any good.

Sex Positions for the G-Spot Orgasm

How to achieve orgasmThe best sex positions for the g-spot are ones that create the most friction on the g-spot area.

Doggy style is a good one, as the g-spot is in the frontal wall and your partner can thrust into that area.

Another really good one is woman on top, but have him sitting up, like on a couch, you get more leverage when you use the couch and the orgasm is better.

It’s great if your self-conscious too, you can face him and not have to worry about anything else.

3: The Cervix Orgasm

The cervix orgasm? What’s that?

Most women will not be able to achieve this. That is because all cervix’s are different and can only handle so much stimulation, if at all. A lot of women find a pap test to be very painful, if so then this section probably isn’t for you.

The nerves in the cervix are very few and a cervical orgasm is very rare, but some women will swear by it. I don’t know if this is a personal goal for anyone, but if you do decide to try it, proceed with care, you don’t want to hurt yourself.

You may have a hard time reaching your cervix with your own two hands. Start by having your partner explore you until he finds it. You can also try using a dildo or vibrator on your own to explore if you would prefer that.

Tips and Tricks for the Cervical Orgasm

For the cervical orgasm it is going to be all about depth and gentle stimulation. Let me emphasize the gentle part, because there are less nerves in there, you’re less likely to know if your damaging something. Try for deep penetration with short, slow or fast, strokes.

Sex Positions for the Cervical Orgasm

The sex position will depend on the size and shape of your man’s penis. I’m not saying that bigger is better, it just has to hit all the right spots.

The goal is deep penetration, but at the right angle. Missionary style is actually pretty good for this, but you may need to change it up a bit, try putting a pillow under your bum. Or try lifting your legs to his shoulders, use a pillow for that too if you want!

Doggy style will work for deep penetration, just don’t bottom out! You can also use manual stimulation in this position to have a combination orgasm.

Combinations of orgasms…is it possible?

All you need to know is that you need to stimulate more than one area at a time to achieve this. It’s a little tricky, but well worth the effort if you have one.

Myself and other women who have had a g-spot/clitoral orgasm say they are amazing. You can also try for a cervial/clitoral orgasm. Try bringing sex toys into the bedroom to achieve these combos.

Multiple Orgasms

Is it better to have more than one orgasm? Not necessarily, it will depend on the person and how good the first orgasm is. If you have one incredible orgasm and your fully satisfied, you may not need another one. However if you have a less satisfying orgasm you may want multiples to be satisfied.

In order to have multiple orgasms, you need to have continued stimulation even after the first orgasm, you probably can’t do it if you’re too sensitive. Make sure you have more foreplay before sex, the added stimulation and build up can help for a multiple orgasm.

Don’t be frustrated with your partner if you can’t achieve this, not everyone can. And you might tire your partner out trying to do this. Once you discover you can have multiple orgasms, you’re more likely to be able to achieve this again.

Simultaneous Orgasm

A simultaneous orgasm is when both partners reach orgasm at the same time. It is possible to achieve this, however it becomes increasingly difficult to do if that is what you are focusing on. If all your focus is on timing, sex will be less enjoyable for both partners and you could end up with bad sex. If it happens it happens, but don’t make it a goal.
